Mass Effect Races For Stellaris

As a Fan of Mass Effect, I took the liberty of including and depicting most of the races of the Mass Effect Universe. This mod was made because most of the ME race mods on the workshop have gone dead. Some assets have been used from other race mods and all credit is given to the orignial authors where applicable.
This mod is an attempt to update the Mass Effect Races – V2 mod that has gone dark. All assets of the original mod are credited to H4shX.

What the Mod Includes:

The Quarian Race (The orignial Mod excluding the Prescripted country is included but full credit goes to the Modder)
The Volus Race (Including Lore Friendly Namelist)
The Vorcha Race (Including Lore Friendly Namelist)
The Batarian Race (Including Lore Friendly Namelist)
The Prothean Race (Including Lore Friendly Namelist)
The Drell Race (Including Lore Friendly Namelist)
The Hanar Race (Including Lore Friendly Namelist)
The Yahg Race (Including Lore Friendly Namelist)
The Systems Alliance Namelist (Only included a Namelist this was taken from another MOD but added a few extras)
The Asari Race (Only included a Namelist, the actual Mod excluding the Prescripted country is also included but full credit goes to the Modder)
The Geth Race (Only included a Namelist, the actual Mod excluding the Prescripted country is also included but full credit goes to the Modder)
The Salarian Race (Only included a Namelist, the actual Mod excluding the Prescripted country is also included but full credit goes to the Modder)
The Turian Race (Only included a Namelist, the actual Mod excluding the Prescripted country is also included but full credit goes to the Modder)
The Krogan Race (Only included a Namelist, the actual Mod excluding the Prescripted country is also included but full credit goes to the Modder)
To Do:

Add Prescripted Countries for each race if requested.
Add Starting Systems for each race.

Note:
For those that cannot tell this is a races only mod. This mod does not add any custom shipsets. While this would be nice I cannot do models for ships as I do not have the expertise needed for this.

Also, this mod DOES NOT include prescripted races at the moment. I may add some later, but at the moment I don’t see the need to as its very easy to build them yourself how you want them to bed.

Animated portraits: Quarians, Salarians, Geth, and Asari are all animated. The rest of the races have static portraits. As this is a compilation mod I did not do any of the animating myself and all animations were done by the original author. As with the ships I will not likely be adding anymore animated portraits as I do not have the knowledge needed for it.

If anyone wishes to contribute ships or animated portraits to this mod I would love and graciously accept the help.

Update 9-11-16: No more low resolution batarian portraits. You can now enjoy your fugly space aliens in HD.

Update 9-20-16: Major update! Geth have been cleaned up and the broken spawning script now works properly. When playing with Geth all food tiles will be replaced with energy and all hydroponics bays will be replaced with power plants. Geth now properly register as robots and have maintanence.

Bonus! Quarians can now build Geth units as well once they’ve researched droid tech!

Synthetic trait has been reworked to give more balanced bonuses and penalities to compensate for not being able to have other traits.

Update 9-22-16: Something else fun for the geth that I thought would be interesting. I’ve added the Geth Armature to the armies list to be unlockable once you’ve researched the synthetic tech. I’m not sure if they are completely balanced as I made them with other mods I play with in mind. Let me know what you think of it. I might consider adding special units for the other races if this one is well recieved.

Update 10-2-16: New Geth Refugee event has a chance to fire with the option of allowing the Geth pop to stay or sending it away. The Prothean and Yhag portraits have been centered.

Update: 10-3-16: Bugfix Batarian worker is no longer headless. Geth Refugee should now spawn with the synthetic trait properly.
