This MOD is a Touhou Project Character Species MOD,it includes:
.131 touhou characters (TH01~TH15 and with some offical publications)
.Because it looks poor after the character figure turned small in some dialog form,so I used the no name NPC picture of

the “Touhou Puppet Dance Performance” to act as population images.
At last,Thanks for using it,hope you’ll enjoy it and glorious to the Stellaris,Touhou Project,Paradox and ZUN : )

I didn’t find a new character figure of TH16’s new characters ,I decided to wait for the official version.
Because the Paradox changed the room, now Touhou room need to be manually selected in the Empire Edit(in Ruler option)，

It should be the last optional room.

If there is Bug, please tell me, thank you.
