Unsubscribe from both the New Ship Classes and ISB mods, and then re-subscribe to them; the only confirmed issue is with outdated versions of the mods. If that does not solve your issue then you have other mods conflicting with those, this mod literally cannot cause crashes that would not happen anyways.

This patch allows the AI to build ships from both the New Ship Classes and ISB Balance/Doomsday mods. It is not a perfect fix, but it should work.
